Xmin Academy
 Xmin Academy goes beyond the usual internship program by placing you in the heart of Metro Detroit and shaping you into a devoted Christ follower though a lifestyle of discipleship and hands-on ministry. Your training ground will include Real Church, located on the border of Detroit, and the whole of the metro area. Xmin Academy will provide you with adventures and experiences to last a lifetime – experiences that will build you up beyond what you ever imagined!
We are looking for students who want to grow in their relationship with God and in their service to His Kingdom. You must be willing to set aside your own desires in order to discover God’s true purpose for your life. After 8 months, Xmin academy will have molded you into a life-long learner, knowing God, yourself and others. As a result, you’ll have all the tools you need to pursue your future.

- I am considering a career in ministry but would like hands-on-training and experience before pursuing my own church or calling.
- I sense God calling me to ministry for only a short period of time, or I believe my career will be the platform I use for ministry.

Xmin Academy is not for the faint of heart; it will take guts, faith and humility to join the Academy. Real Church
 Imagine an eclectic community of servant-hearted people. Imagine individuals, radically transformed through grace and who now live to love God at all costs. They are passionately motivated to deny themselves and are recklessly abandoned to the cause of Christ. They hold tightly to the perfect and living words of God found in Scripture and thrill to express, with words and actions, the outrageous claims of Christ. His story and His heart for their city enthrall them. Prayer is an on-going conversation that leads them to opportunities missed by closed eyes and ritual.
